Helen hosted us in a check in. We chose and shared photo cards to bring us in to our last day together.
Harvesting our learnings
In Triads, we took turns in answering these questions, the listener and observer reflecting back. Afterwards, we harvested together our collective insights and brought them back to the whole group and shared. (Our intention was to cluster into groups and headline with emerging questions, and it seemed the harvest didn’t need this, so we shared and harvested all insights. See below) What are we learning about ourselves? What are we learning about each other? What purpose can our collective learning serve?
I am enough, we are enough
We ARE better together, rippling out
Vulnerability leads to authenticity
To ask for help is a kindness to yourself and others, because it allows them to be of service
Intentionality in the moment
Everything's a remix - meet Rosalina Peregrina :)
Surrender to the flow
Jump into the cloud that will support you. Leap into the cloud. Have faith the cloud will be there. The universal cloud - we’re all feeding and nurturing it - connection and strength
Vulnerability is a gift to others
Generosity of heart to be vulnerable, to share, to listen, and to offer
‘This shit works’ - these practices provide opportunities for healing in every moment
Vulnerability breeds opportunity
The importance of receiving - allowing, willingness to receive; owning what you receive
Ask for what you need
The shadow is a resource
Isolation is, in the end, a choice
We have formed deep roots here. How do we keep the interconnections going? Zoom, Facebook Group, email …..
Power in deep connection; Owning the learning; Honour our journey; Freedom, energy, flow
Check out: What are you taking with you to offer to others?
Leaving things behind – was feeling broken. I’m taking away that vulnerability is a gift to others. To surrender to the flow
Clarity. Finding my way back from the edge
Connecting with the knowledge of others, the wonderful love and connection of people here. I’m taking this time and gifting it to others
I take a piece of everyone here with me. So many beautiful men. I’m in love with you all here. Taking intention. Taking hope and openness to the terror and the beauty
Clarity, a sense of recognition, joy – and John! ☺
Taking a greater presence and sense of availability, intention, purpose, and presence for myself and others
Thrown a rock into my own pond and collectively we’ve thrown a rock into the pond. Who knows where the ripples will go?
I’m not alone – a sense of connection and belonging. It’s courageous to be vulnerable
The law of CSI – if you’ve been there, you’ll leave something behind. Your fingerprints are all over me!
Hands – physical assistance. Head – knowledge and skills. Heart – is just so full to be so comfortable
The more you give, the more you get
Remembering to breathe – being kind to self. Finding the joy!
a gateway/vortex to somewhere else; less thought - just be
humility
close your eyes and go with it; the chaordic path. there is love and depth of love
i have been in caretaker mode; i have remembered how to nurture myself; it is as it should be
i feel affirmed for who i am; included. i am a part of this community. i can be a part of this by the way i am in the world. there is no sadness in ending - i have somewhere to go; gratitude
i am leaving behind my FOMO (fear of missing out); and taking with me a bigger ‘pack’; everyone has a story; embrace the shadow
compassion for others; healing; love and connection
comfort in community
taking away exactly as I expected; to consciously and intentionally seek those places out that nurture and nourish - self care
Self full practice is alive in me; gratitude and intention
recognition of my people; the people at the edges; the gifted; the marginalised; the survivors the paperbark trees sit in circle too; the image of the paperbark or the pond and casting a stone; the flow is ease and stillness
remember to breathe and be kind to self and others
Kerry reshaped the mandala, bringing all of our contributions together, and invited everyone to take something of all of us with them.
